New pieces for August, and EFNW 2025!

So this is a belated post since I also post updates on Tumblr, and just forgot to sync that here! So happy late 1 year anniversary to F’Deem, which started on August 3rd of last year with the first piece!

Throughout the month I’ve been bringing the piece count closer to 200, not sure if the 200th piece will be anything special but it will be momentous! Current total is 199.

For the new pieces since the last update, the major things are two new headwear, and a new pony head piece, the skull! The skull piece is the same shape as the regular head, so all accessories will work with both.

Two new food items have also debuted, the banana and pumpkin! Both can have double-sided pegs be inserted into them to fully complete the shape with a second color.

Two new Pini-scale pieces also appear, the ‘Pinisus’ as a pegasus build, and the ‘Mini Bush’. Hopefully I’ll bring more Pini-scale pieces to the catalogue soon. The standard Pini model has also been updated with thicker legs and a reshaped tail to provide an easier time printing.

As for plans, I intend on modifying all Peg pieces to feature a more diamond shape, that way they can both be printed easier at different angles, and allow me to make alternative diamond-shape socket holes that keep the peg rigidly at certain angles.

Finally, I’m gonna be at all days of Everfree Northwest 2025 handing out free F’Deem pieces! Plan is to let everyone get a 2x4 Promo Brick, which is another new piece that displays the F’Deem website, and two Pinis. Maybe if people really like it I’ll let them get extra colors each day of the con or something, but I have no clue how many people will care! Could be just 2 people I hand anything to, or I run out of all the pieces.

200th piece! Its a freak fish tail thing for your ponies! You can also just use it as a giant fish body connected to a half-bone peg. I may make a head for the fish later too.

Great news from EFNW, all the promo bricks and pieces were given out! Last minute I included tons of green bricks, ponies, and some red Clap pieces too.
About 15-20 sets were given out by hand from con-goers noticing the giant F’Deem pony I was carrying around, but the rest were gobbled up at the free item table super quick! If I would’ve just dumped the whole bag out on day 1 it would’ve been gone in hours, so I made sure to spread it out over each day slowly.
Definitely next year I’m bringing like 3x as many promo bricks, I wasn’t expecting to empty this year so now I wanna see if I can manage to have any left next time!
Thanks to everyone who inquired about it and I hope you enjoy your pieces!

Is it possible to get these printed at regular lego size? I don’t have a 3d printer/ can’t get one at the moment due to space/storage issues. The new Pinisus and Skull look great!

You can print them at any size but the tolerances are only designed around the scale I have them set to. They might become too tight to fit together, though you can probably compensate for that in the slicer.
